Located in Hamilton, Bermuda's Labour and Industrial Relations Department operates under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

 
We are responsible for the certification and decertification of island unions and managing labour disputes. We promote dispute resolution and prevention and organize training and workshops for management and employees. Our Labour Relations department is home to a labour relations manager, officers and administrative assistant. We are responsible for the administration of several pieces of legislation, including the Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Labour Disputes Act, Trade Union Act and Workers Compensation Act.
